Just bought this '08 white coupe and decided to try to do a multicolor thing with the yellow-white (see picture.) The new set of yellow panels cost $990 at the Smart dealership and it took me one day to do the swap. For sale are the six used white panels you don't see in this picture and maybe the four yellow ones that are brand new. Also want to buy or swap for red or dark red panels on 1) front left bonnet, 2) front right bonnet and 3) rear hatch panel. If I can get those three red panels (two front fenders plus back hatch) I will then change the front top panel to yellow and would have a complete set of white/yellow panels to sell. Hi again 3 months later - no responses! Sold my '06 Town Car and the '08 Smart Car is my main driver now. Love the way seat supports my back - it's the best. I pulled the factory audio system and have a Pioneer head unit (USB) and JL amps and speakers. Sounds killer in the Smart Car's interior. My ultimate fantasy: A Smart Car body just like it is now with ONE seat in the middle and more room for my left knee. With sales down it's hard to see that happening now.
